This is our weekly Petit Déjeuner with a holiday twist!
For the past many years, on one special Friday morning during the holiday season, we have gathered around delicious and abundant food at The Language Exchange and recounted our favorite holiday stories.
As in years past, we ask that you bring a food item to share, that is of particular significance to you at this time of the year and that you come ready to tell us the story of its significance. A sort of Madeleine de Proust of the holidays… Your Tante Léonie may not have fed you small pieces of madeleine dipped in tea but… was it apfelstrudel? Gingerbread ? Tourtière? The delicate sent of oranges or that of applesauce accompanying a potato latke? Faites travailler vos mémoires et venez nous raconter une belle histoire!
This holiday breakfast never fails to be a warm and wonderful time of the year!
